We are looking for an Account Manager – Support to join one of our partners, a company specializing in the design and realization of Back-Office services and software for derivatives market participants and OTC.
WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE?
Attached to the Support Manager, you will aim to provide support to users of software and services provided by the company.
Support Account Manager in close relationship with users, you will apply the procedures and make them evolve if necessary.
You are motivated by the functional and technical aspects of market activities and want to invest in a reactive and evolving environment.
